Prof. Jack Bratich gave an invited presentation titled “Ambivalence and Antagonism in Contemporary Social Movements” as part of the Ambivalence + Critique + Media Symposium at the Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California on Nov. 16. Prof. Bratich was also an invited to participate in the National Communication Association’s Scholar’s Office Hours, an informal networking and mentorship session between students, newcomers, and established scholars. It took place in Las Vegas, Nev. on Nov. 20.
